Essentially,
the purpose of HeartSong™ Healing Center is to assist in bringing
love and peace into our world so as to help create an
atmosphere/environment in which honor, respect, and integrity abide.
In order to achieve this goal we are offering a variety of healing
modalities. It is only
through personal healing and the achievement of our own inner-peace
that world peace and harmony can be accomplished. See the list of
individual and group healing modalities and alternative therapies
offered in our brochure.
On
the larger vista it is our aim to influence the government and its
institutions in order to effect changes in education, health, the
environment and the financial system. Currently, America is in decline
on all of these fronts. It is time to restore her to the great purpose
for which she was born, i.e. to be the great melting pot of all
humanity where compassion and harmony foster freedom, justice and
liberty for all.

- Education
– We advocate wholistic education with more emphasis on
individuality, creativity and social interaction. We would like to
see children taught anatomy & physiology, proper nutrition,
and spirituality. This would help them learn to respect and take
care of themselves in order to become responsible adults who pass
these skills on to their offspring. For example,
a)
Presently, children, not to mention their parents as well, go
off to school/work lacking the essential nutrients for their
brains/bodies to function at their optimum. Too often children are
labeled autistic or ADHD, when in fact they are malnourished and/or
allergic to foods/chemicals/pesticides in their environment.
b)
When children/teenagers gain an understanding of their
spirituality, they begin to know who they are and their purpose
becomes clear. This results in fewer dropouts, less addictive
behaviors, and hopefully eliminates suicides.
- Health
– Our goal is to promote nutrition, preventative and wholistic
health-care, and alternative medicine. The study of nutrition
helps us understand how commercial farming (with its pesticides
and over-planting) has destroyed the quality of our food and our
land. Organic and steroid-free meat and produce are healthful food
choices for one’s self and children. Natural herbs, botanicals,
and homeopathics promote healing without the toxic and harmful
side effects of pharmaceuticals. Traditional Western medicine
focuses on treating symptoms rather than addressing the root cause
of disease. Disease in the body is always the result of
“dis-ease” or stress. It may come from mental, emotional, or
spiritual aspects within the individual. These must be addressed
in order for complete healing and spiritual progression to be
achieved.
- Spirituality
– The understanding of Universal Laws and Principles enhances
spirituality. Through the avenue of meditation, one is taught to
go within and connect with his/her Higher Self [Divine Self or
Mighty I AM presence], which has all of the answers and is the
guidance system for each life-stream. Each person needs to come to
understand that s/he is responsible for everything that is
happening in our world and how to use the Universal Laws and
principles for their spiritual growth and advancement.
- Environment
– We want to inform people about the destruction of Mother
Earth’s ecosystems and her very own inhabitants with all
varieties of pollution (chemicals in the form of fragrances and
cleansers, fertilizers, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing
wastes, etc.), global warming, over-fishing, etc. We belong to
organizations, like the Sierra Club, Natural Resource Defense
Council, World Wildlife Fund, and World Vision. We will become a
community resource for their literature and periodicals.
- Financial
– We have grave concerns regarding the fiscal responsibility of
our nation. Our country has outrageous debt. Because population
profiles, with respect to age, are shifting there are fewer
workers entering the work force. With large numbers of
baby-boomers about to retire, many of whom are in poor health,
there will be huge monetary demands on social security and
Medicare. Responsibility for our health and welfare must shift
from the government to the individual. We need less governing but
a more responsible government – one that can think ‘green’.
We
also plan to travel and take our message out to other communities,
states, countries, and continents. We intend to host local healing
workshops, retreats, seminars, and conferences in order to educate and
bring healing awareness to the public in general.
Let
us summarize by saying that as we heal ourselves and become the energy
of divine love, inner peace and joy, this beautiful positive energy
spreads out into the world and to all. This vital life force energy is
what we are made of. It travels far and wide, affecting all of those
around us.
